- He was an Englishphysicist, mathematician, astronomer, natural philosopher, alchemist, and theologian , who is perceived and considered by a substantial number of scholars and the general public as one of the most influential men in history.
- From 1670 to 1672, Newton lectured on optics.
- People had been aware of gravitatonal force for hundreds of years before English Scientist Sir Isaac Newton wrote his Principia in 1687 which was the first attempt to set out the laws of gravity.
- Sir Issac Newton has discovered gravitational force .The Universal law of gravitational force is given as every particle in the universe attracts every other particle with a force which is directly proportional to mass of the object and inversely proportional to square of the distance between them.
